Display your company banner above your booth hung from the ceiling. Makes your booth and company standout on the show floor and increases foot traffic. You supply the artwork and we do the rest. Banner measures 6’ x 3’.
The Official Travel Show Pen – EXCLUSIVE! $2,500 net
The Official Travel Pens will be at the travel agents sign-in, consumer registration and survey station. These pens are for the taking as the signs will say along with your company name and logo on all pens and signs. Over 15,000 pens will be available for the Travel Agents and Consumers to keep.
SETS Passport
Participating Vendors will have their name and phone number on the Inside Cover of the Passport $150 net per participant
Participating Trip Vendors will have their names and logo in the Inside Cover of the Passport. 10 Trips Available
Naming and Title Sponsor will have their name/phone number and Logo across the front of all Passports. $3,500 net – 1 Company Only
As a sponsor of SETS Passports, the show attendees will be directed to your Booth and your booth will be highlighted on the Show Map.
- Each attendee will be handed a passport and show map at registration.
- Each participating Vendor will have a stamp (provided by show management)
- Attendees will go to each vendors booth to receive their stamp
- Once each page is filled up, attendee will take that page over to “Where you can GO on A Tank of Gas” and redeem this for a drawing for a $50.00 gas gift card to be given away every hour of the show.
- Last 10 pages of the Passport will be registrations for Show Trip Giveaways.
Friday Evening Cocktail Trade Reception
Sponsorship available up to 3 vendors (non-competing) $6,000 net (2 tickets per person up to 450 guests)
Treat your Travel Agents to a few tempting hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Vendor will receive Onsite signage and sponsor recognition during the Cocktail hour.
